What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments with Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can also choose to pay with PayPal.

Can I place an order over the phone?
We can only accept orders placed through the website. If you're having trouble accessing the site for any reason, please reach out to us at the email listed above and we'll do our best to help.
Can I get a different size or color than what is offered through the store?
No. If a size, color, or other variant doesn't appear online, it is not currently available. HOWEVER, if there is a size, color, or item that you would like to see in the store, please email us at the email address above. We may be able to add that size, color, or item to our offerings!

Once I place an order, when will my account be charged?
If you place an order on our store, you will be charged for the full cost of your order immediately. If you see any additional pending charges on your account, please allow up to 3 business days for them to reverse. If they do not reverse and you believe there has been a billing error, please reach out to us at the email listed above.
Once I order something - what happens next?
You will receive an order confirmation per email as soon as you have placed your order. Your order will be processed and dispatched within 7 business days. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive a dispatch notification by email as soon as your order has been shipped. The dispatch notification is sent to the email address registered when the order was placed. We usually ship all orders within 7 business days.
When can I expect my order?
All orders should arrive within 2-3 weeks of the order being dispatched. Please allow some extra time for delivery on international orders as delivery time to some countries may vary.
Can I change my order?
If you have not yet received shipping confirmation, we may be able to process an address change or cancellation. Please contact our customer support team at jessica@dantemazzetti.com as soon as possible and don't forget to include your order number. We will make every effort to accommodate your request!
