Your satisfaction is important to us! In the case that anything you receive from us is defective, you may return it within 30 days for a refund.
We cannot, unfortunately, process refunds for the reason of simply changing one's mind or an item not fitting, so please make use of the size guide on each item before you buy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Note that song downloads and physical albums are non-refundable. So we encourage you to preview them before you buy. You may sample all tracks using the built in player on the album purchase page.
In the case that you received a faulty or damaged item, and would like to initiate a return, please email us to let us know. Please let us know the product and the issue and we'll sort it out!
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
